At WarmGun part of the job included creating events which the player can trigger or events which were automated.

The event shown features a helicopter which scans the level for enemy targets and shoots at them. Breaking line of sight will cause the helicopter to pause firing, and after a short period of being out of sight it turns to search for another target.

This image shows another event for the DearLord level. It features an airplane that does several sweeps of the gameplay area dropping grenades towards players. Players can shoot the helicopter and airplane causing them to catch fire and leave the scene.

This shows of one of the events for the Lost Highway level. This specific event had a truck which started off-screen and raced through the middle of the level. It had interactions with physics assets, particle effects, physics volumes and

This event alters the level flow and forces a choke point within the map. It can be disabled if the player is a good enough shot and can master the timing.
